The Quakertown Fire Company relies on volunteers to fill multiple roles in order to accomplish our mission of protecting life and property in the greater Quakertown area. Our roster consists of members from all walks of life, each contributing their passion, skill, and expertise to further our goals. Membership responsibilities can be tailored to fit the individual, and include:
-Responding to and extinguishing fires in our community and surrounding areas
-Providing medical treatment and transport to the sick and injured
-Assisting with fundraising, administrative management, and public relations
No experience or certifications are required to apply. Any individual over the age of 14 is welcome to submit an application to become a part of our team. All training, equipment, medical examinations and uniforms are provided free of charge.
